2011 - Vacancies for ASME IX (9) Welders and a CAD Designer

CODED WELDERS ASME IX

PEM has requirements for ASME 9 welders skilled in stainless pipe work for oil and petrochemical components. Welds will be required to pass X-ray testing. Based in our Burnham production facility.

CAD SOLIDWORKS DESIGNER

We have a requirement for a CAD designer. Must be experienced in engineering, ideally in sheet metal and have used Solidworks. PEM will consider ether a contractor or employee. The successful applicant would be expected to liaise closely with customers and sub contractors and be responsible for some project management. A sound knowledge of production processes and machinery will be required, training can be offered in this respect. For employees, PEM has a policy that all ‘office’ staff, including the Managing Director, occasionally work in production.
