PEM Sheet metal offers a complete service in the manufacture of sheet metal components.

From simple plates and brackets through to complex enclosures, case work and assemblies PEM sheet metal has the skilled artisans, experience and manufacturing technologies to sub contract manufacture your components.

We are perfectly happy to manufacture in low volumes or single units but we have the capacity to produce to many thousands if required.

PEM is a light engineering, sub contract manufacturing company. As such we generally work in materials from 0.1mm to 25mm thick.

Our manufacturing covers all common metals such as steel, stainless steel and aluminium in various grades. We also have experience in working in brass, copper, bronze and exotics such as titanium, hastaloy and beryllium copper etc.

Many of our customers are technology companies, but we sell into all sectors such as architectural, transportation, medical and research.

Custom Enclosures, Cabinets, Frames and Case Work

All of the technologies and experience at PEM Sheet metal come together to produce custom enclosures, cabinets and cases to exceptionally high quality.

Ether designed in house using our advanced 3D CAD, or to as sub contract to customer’s drawings PEM Sheet Metal’s enclosures are used in many commercial, medical and military applications. We manufacture cases and cabinets in mild steel or aluminum with a variety of plating and or painted finishes. Stainless steel enclosures are becoming more common for medical and clean room applications and with our precision welding and ‘clean cut’ laser cutting technologies, these present no problems.
